STRUCTURAL COMPONENTS OF STRESS RESILIENCE OF FUTURE MANAGERS IN THE PROCESS OF PROFESSIONAL TRAINING: THEORETICAL ASPECT

Ming Ding Innovate Pedagogy, 2026, Issue 100, pp. 156-160 https://doi.org/10.32782/ip/100.28

چکیده

The article is devoted to substantiating the structural components of stress resilience of future managers in the process of professional training in institutions of professional pre- higher education. The relevance of the study is determined by the growing demands on the professional activity of a modern manager, which is characterized by high responsibility, the dynamic nature of management processes, the need for prompt decision-making, constructive interaction with people, and effective functioning under conditions of constant change and psycho- emotional workload. Based on the analysis of scientific sources, it has been established that there is no unified approach to determining the structure of stress resilience in contemporary psychological and pedagogical literature. Depending on their conceptual foundations, researchers focus on its emotional, cognitive, behavioral, motivational, and personal characteristics. In this study, stress resilience is considered as a form of psychological resilience that ensures an individual’s ability to adapt effectively to the influence of stressors, maintain the productivity of professional activity, and act constructively in complex managerial situations. The author’s structure of stress resilience of future managers has been substantiated, comprising motivational-value, cognitive- behavioral, emotional-regulatory, and reflexive-communicative components. It has been established that the motivational-value component determines an individual’s orientation towards developing their own stress resilience and awareness of its professional significance; the cognitive-behavioral component characterizes the level of knowledge about the nature of stress and the ability to apply effective ways of coping with it; the emotional-regulatory component ensures self-control, emotional balance, and the ability to act under conditions of psychological tension; the reflexive-communicative component is associated with self-analysis of professional activity, constructive interaction within a team, and readiness for personal and professional self-improvement. The proposed component structure can be used as a theoretical basis for developing criteria, indicators, pedagogical conditions, and a model for developing stress resilience in future managers.

PEDAGOGICAL PRINCIPLES AS MEANS AND METHODS OF DETERMINING THE PRIORITY OF THE ROLES OF PLAYERS IN THE FORMATION OF A VOLLEYBALL TEAM

S. Abramov; Валентина Іванівна Шишацька Innovate Pedagogy, 2026, Issue 100, pp. 284-287 https://doi.org/10.32782/ip/100.50

چکیده

In volleyball, as in other sports, special attention should be paid to the individual characteristics of the athlete. However, this is often neglected. Most problems arise when the selection criteria for a role are not a player’s personal qualities, but rather their technical and tactical skills (tallness, a strong dominant arm, etc.). Here, it’s not just the player’s skills that matter, but also how they present themselves as a person. Many personal qualities are determined by a person’s genetic code, which cannot be changed. The nervous system, temperament, and character play a crucial role in success in volleyball. Athletes’ activities during volleyball are subject to many specific characteristics inherent to the game. The fast pace, the variety and unexpectedness of game situations, the interaction with teammates, the intermittent pace, and other characteristics place mental demands on volleyball players that are markedly different from those placed on, for example, a gymnast during gymnastics exercises. A volleyball player must be able to quickly and accurately navigate changing conditions, instantly switch from one situation to another, and be prepared for any actions by teammates and opponents. The time constraints of fast-paced play place high demands on reaction time and decision-making. Two main types of neuropsychological resilience can be distinguished: players with an unstable nervous system and those with an inert nervous system. In the former case, a player may involuntarily change their mental state before an important game, sometimes becoming calm, sometimes excited. It is important to properly prepare such volleyball players. High-intensity and prolonged training before the game will help them focus and distract themselves from external stress. An athlete with this type of nervous system should focus on the technique and precision of the elements they perform. In the case of an inert nervous system, training should be focused on mental work. Before the game, a volleyball player should begin psychological preparation, which will consist of positive and negative mental stimulation based on the athlete’s personal experience. When working during training or warm-ups, it’s important to emphasize the athlete’s potential dangers.

چکیده

Moral education of the individual is a complex and multifaceted process that includes pedagogical and social phenomena. However, the process of moral education is to some extent autonomous. The content of education is understood as a system of knowledge, beliefs, skills, qualities and personality traits, stable behavioral habits that students should possess in accordance with the set goals and objectives. In today’s rapidly changing world, the ability to be independent and self-sufficient is increasingly recognized as a vital skill for success in various areas of life, including education. This is especially true for first-year university students, as they transition from the structured environment of high school to the more autonomous and demanding world of higher education. Developing independence skills in these students is crucial for their adaptation to the university environment and overall personal and academic growth. The concept of independence encompasses various aspects, including the development of autonomy and the development of skills that enable students to navigate the complexities of university life. Autonomy refers to the ability to make decisions, take initiative, and act independently, while the development of independence skills involves acquiring the necessary competencies to function effectively in the educational environment. The state of knowledge regarding the development of independence skills in first-year students is an area of ongoing research. Understanding the factors that contribute to the development of independence in students is essential for supporting them during this transition and enriching their overall educational experience.
