Although teacher resilience is now widely regarded as a capacity that can be fostered during initial teacher education, teacher educators often lack a coherent set of methodological resources for doing so. This article designs and substantiates the scientific and methodological support for developing professional resilience in pre-service teachers. Drawing on theoretical analysis of the literature and on pedagogical design, the article describes four interrelated blocks of such support: a content block (a modular programme integrated into pedagogical courses and practicum), a technological block (methods and forms of work matched to the components of resilience), a didactic block (a case bank, simulations, reflective tasks and an electronic portfolio) and a diagnostic block (criteria, levels and instruments). Requirements for the teacher educator and for the sequencing of support are formulated. The article is a design study: it presents a theoretically grounded methodological package and outlines how its effectiveness should be tested, without reporting experimental results.

اگرچه تاب‌آوری معلمان اکنون به‌طور گسترده‌ای به‌عنوان ظرفیتی که می‌تواند در دوره آموزش اولیه معلمان تقویت شود، شناخته می‌شود، اما مدرسان معلم اغلب فاقد مجموعه‌ای منسجم از منابع روش‌شناختی برای این منظور هستند. این مقاله به طراحی و اثبات پشتیبانی علمی و روش‌شناختی برای توسعه تاب‌آوری حرفه‌ای در معلمان پیش‌خدمت می‌پردازد. با تکیه بر تحلیل نظری ادبیات و طراحی آموزشی، مقاله چهار بلوک به‌هم‌پیوسته از این پشتیبانی را توصیف می‌کند: بلوک محتوایی (یک برنامه مدولار که در دوره‌های آموزشی و کارورزی ادغام شده است)، بلوک فناورانه (روش‌ها و اشکال کاری که با مؤلفه‌های تاب‌آوری تطبیق یافته‌اند)، بلوک آموزشی (بانک موردی، شبیه‌سازی‌ها، تکالیف تأملی و پرتفوی الکترونیکی) و بلوک تشخیصی (معیارها، سطوح و ابزارها). الزامات مربوط به مدرس معلم و ترتیب ارائه پشتیبانی نیز تدوین شده است. این مقاله یک مطالعه طراحی است: یک بسته روش‌شناختی مبتنی بر نظریه ارائه می‌دهد و نحوه ارزیابی اثربخشی آن را بدون گزارش نتایج تجربی ترسیم می‌کند.

The article highlights the use of a Venn diagram in military education as a tool for comparing close concepts and substantiating their general and distinctive features. Based on methodical sources related to graphic organization, a conditional training session designed to study command and leadership activities is developed. Pre-defining comparison criteria, placing features with evidence, and formulating a written conclusion based on the diagram are proposed. The importance of the method is revealed in avoiding the strict antithesis of concepts and demonstrating their mutual relationship.
