Technical education faces significant challenges in developing labor and business skills that respond to the demands of the contemporary labor market and technological advancements. The objective of this study was to analyze the strategies and contexts within technical education that foster the development of students’ workplace and entrepreneurial skills. The methodology used was a systematic review based on the PRISMA method, supported by Brayyan software for the identification and selection phases. The study included open-access articles published between 2019 and 2024 that examine the relationship between technical education, laboral and corporate competencies, excluding those focused on different educational levels. The main databases used were Scopus and Web of Science. A total of 499 articles were collected, extracted from the databases and 36 studies reach the established criteria and were included in the study. The results indicated that 2024 was the year with the highest scientific production related to the topic, reaching 35.99%; likewise, documents of a quantitative nature stood out with 55% of the total studies examined. Furthermore, it was observed that strategies such as gamification, project-based learning, and collaborations between industry and academia are effective in improving technical and business skills. However, there remains a need to adapt curricula to new demands, such as digital skills and sustainability. It was concluded that existing shortcomings make it imperative to incorporate pedagogical innovation and collaborative approaches in order to optimize technical and vocational training in today’s dynamic market. Therefore, it is necessary to integrate open learning systems, adaptive teaching strategies, and incorporate tools such as gamification and techniques that enhance the practical and critical skills of future professionals.

آموزش فنی با چالش‌های قابل توجهی در توسعه مهارت‌های شغلی و کسب‌وکار مواجه است که باید به نیازهای بازار کار معاصر و پیشرفت‌های فناورانه پاسخ دهد. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل راهبردها و زمینه‌هایی در آموزش فنی بود که به پرورش مهارت‌های شغلی و کارآفرینی دانشجویان کمک می‌کنند. روش‌شناسی مورد استفاده، مرور نظام‌مند مبتنی بر روش PRISMA و با پشتیبانی نرم‌افزار Brayyan در مراحل شناسایی و انتخاب بود. مقالات دسترسی آزاد منتشرشده بین سال‌های ۲۰۱۹ تا ۲۰۲۴ که به بررسی رابطه آموزش فنی با شایستگی‌های شغلی و سازمانی می‌پرداختند، وارد مطالعه شدند و مقالاتی که بر سطوح آموزشی متفاوت تمرکز داشتند، حذف گردیدند. پایگاه‌های داده اصلی مورد استفاده Scopus و Web of Science بودند. در مجموع ۴۹۹ مقاله از پایگاه‌های داده استخراج شد که ۳۶ مطالعه معیارهای تعیین‌شده را دارا بودند و وارد پژوهش شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سال ۲۰۲۴ بیشترین تولید علمی مرتبط با موضوع را با ۳۵٫۹۹٪ به خود اختصاص داده است؛ همچنین، اسناد با ماهیت کمی با ۵۵٪ از کل مطالعات بررسی‌شده برجسته بودند. افزون بر این، مشاهده شد که راهبردهایی مانند بازی‌وارسازی، یادگیری مبتنی بر پروژه و همکاری‌های میان صنعت و دانشگاه در بهبود مهارت‌های فنی و کسب‌وکار مؤثر هستند. با این حال، همچنان نیاز به تطبیق برنامه‌های درسی با نیازهای جدیدی مانند مهارت‌های دیجیتال و پایداری احساس می‌شود. نتیجه‌گیری شد که کاستی‌های موجود، لزوم به‌کارگیری نوآوری‌های آموزشی و رویکردهای مشارکتی را برای بهینه‌سازی آموزش فنی و حرفه‌ای در بازار پویای امروز ضروری می‌سازد. بنابراین، لازم است سیستم‌های یادگیری باز، راهبردهای تدریس تطبیقی و ابزارهایی مانند بازی‌وارسازی و تکنیک‌هایی که مهارت‌های عملی و انتقادی حرفه‌ای‌های آینده را تقویت می‌کنند، ادغام شوند.
