This study aims to identify and describe the strategies implemented by Civics Education teachers to enhance legal awareness among students at Gajah Mada Private High School in Medan. The study employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive research design. The informants included Civics Education teachers and students. Data collection was conducted through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Subsequently, the data were analyzed through a process involving data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing.The research findings indicate that Civics Education teachers employ various strategies to foster student legal awareness, such as linking learning materials to real-life situations faced by students, conducting discussions and case studies, setting an example of rule compliance, and instilling a habit of discipline within the school environment. The implementation of these strategies has positively impacted students' understanding of the importance of the law and their rights and obligations as citizens, while also encouraging adherence to school regulations. These strategies are supported by effective collaboration among teachers, the school administration, and parents. However, certain challenges remain, such as low learning motivation among some students, the influence of peer environments, the impact of social media and technology, and the diverse characteristics of individual students. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the strategies employed by Civics Education teachers play a significant role in fostering and enhancing student legal awareness. The success of these efforts requires sustained support and collaboration among teachers, the school, and families to shape students who possess disciplined, responsible, and law-abiding character.

این پژوهش با هدف شناسایی و توصیف راهبردهای به‌کاررفته توسط دبیران آموزش مدنی برای ارتقای آگاهی حقوقی دانش‌آموزان در دبیرستان خصوصی Gajah Mada شهر مدان انجام شده‌است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی و طرح پژوهش توصیفی صورت گرفته‌است. مشارکت‌کنندگان شامل دبیران آموزش مدنی و دانش‌آموزان بوده‌اند. گردآوری داده‌ها از طریق مشاهده، مصاحبه‌های عمیق و مستندسازی انجام شده‌است. سپس داده‌ها از طریق فرایندی شامل گردآوری داده، کاهش داده، ارائه داده و نتیجه‌گیری تحلیل گردید. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که دبیران آموزش مدنی از راهبردهای متنوعی برای تقویت آگاهی حقوقی دانش‌آموزان بهره می‌برند؛ از جمله ارتباط دادن محتوای آموزشی با موقعیت‌های واقعی زندگی دانش‌آموزان، برگزاری بحث و مطالعه موردی، الگوسازی در رعایت قوانین و نهادینه‌سازی عادت انضباط در محیط مدرسه. اجرای این راهبردها تأثیر مثبتی بر درک دانش‌آموزان از اهمیت قانون و حقوق و وظایف خود به‌عنوان شهروند داشته و همچنین موجب تشویق به رعایت مقررات مدرسه شده‌است. این راهبردها با همکاری مؤثر میان دبیران، مدیریت مدرسه و والدین پشتیبانی می‌شود. با این حال، چالش‌هایی همچون پایین بودن انگیزه یادگیری برخی دانش‌آموزان، تأثیر محیط همسالان، تأثیر رسانه‌های اجتماعی و فناوری و ویژگی‌های متنوع فردی دانش‌آموزان همچنان وجود دارد. بر اساس نتایج، می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که راهبردهای به‌کاررفته توسط دبیران آموزش مدنی نقش مهمی در تقویت و ارتقای آگاهی حقوقی دانش‌آموزان ایفا می‌کند. موفقیت این تلاش‌ها نیازمند حمایت و همکاری مستمر میان دبیران، مدرسه و خانواده‌ها برای تربیت دانش‌آموزانی با شخصیت منضبط، مسئولیت‌پذیر و قانون‌مدار است.

This study is based on by the importance of parental involvement in supporting students’ educational success. In the learning process, some parents do not fully understand the importance of academic support, provide limited supervision of their children’s learning activities. This study aimed to examine parents’ responses to their children’s learning achievement, describe the forms of academic support provided by parents to support learning activities, and determine the impact of parental attention and support on students’ learning achievement in PPKn. The findings showed that parental responses were manifested through attention to learning activities, monitoring academic development, providing motivation, assisting children when they experienced learning difficulties, and communicating with the school. Academic support was provided through learning facilities, educational needs, study assistance, guidance, moral support, and appreciation of children’s efforts and achievements. Such attention and support had positive impacts on students’ motivation, self-confidence, learning enthusiasm, discipline, and academic achievement. Conversely, limited parental attention and support could reduce students’ motivation and enthusiasm for learning. Therefore, parental responses and academic support are important factors contributing to students’ learning success in Pancasila and Civic Education

این پژوهش بر اهمیت مشارکت والدین در حمایت از موفقیت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان مبتنی است. در فرایند یادگیری، برخی والدین به طور کامل اهمیت حمایت تحصیلی را درک نمی‌کنند و نظارت محدودی بر فعالیت‌های یادگیری فرزندان خود دارند. هدف این پژوهش بررسی پاسخ والدین به پیشرفت تحصیلی فرزندان، توصیف اشکال حمایت تحصیلی ارائه‌شده توسط والدین برای حمایت از فعالیت‌های یادگیری و تعیین تأثیر توجه و حمایت والدین بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان در درس آموزش شهروندی (PPKn) بود. یافته‌ها نشان داد که پاسخ والدین از طریق توجه به فعالیت‌های یادگیری، پایش پیشرفت تحصیلی، ارائه انگیزه، کمک به فرزندان هنگام مواجهه با مشکلات یادگیری و ارتباط با مدرسه نمود می‌یابد. حمایت تحصیلی از طریق فراهم‌سازی امکانات یادگیری، نیازهای آموزشی، کمک در مطالعه، راهنمایی، حمایت اخلاقی و قدردانی از تلاش‌ها و دستاوردهای فرزندان ارائه می‌شود. چنین توجه و حمایتی تأثیرات مثبتی بر انگیزه، اعتماد به نفس، اشتیاق به یادگیری، انضباط و پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان داشت. در مقابل، توجه و حمایت محدود والدین می‌تواند انگیزه و اشتیاق دانش‌آموزان به یادگیری را کاهش دهد. بنابراین، پاسخ والدین و حمایت تحصیلی از عوامل مهم مؤثر بر موفقیت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان در درس آموزش شهروندی (Pancasila and Civic Education) است.
