The world of education is currently facing a serious challenge in the form of moral decadence or a decline in adolescent character, Islamic value-based character education is crucial in facing the moral degradation of adolescents in the digital era. This study aims to analyze in depth the planning process, technical implementation, as well as supporting and inhibiting factors of the implementation of the "Kultum Mauizatul Hasanah" religious guidance program in shaping the Islamic character of students at SMP IT Rabbi Radhiyya, in order to overcome the gap between cognitive understanding and actual student behavior (such as the phenomenon of digital dissonance and formality compliance). Using a descriptive qualitative approach, data were collected through passive participant observation techniques, semi-structured interviews, and documentation, which were then analyzed using an interactive model. The research findings show that the implementation of Islamic values is realized through the integration of the pillars of faith (instilling muraqabah), worship (self-regulation), and morals. The delivery strategy prioritizes the "Heart to Heart" approach (Qolbun ilal Qolbi) with soothing speech (Kalamun Layyin), real role models (Uswah Hasanah) of educators, as well as dialogic methods and Peer Monitoring to mitigate student boredom. The main supporting factors include the educator's scientific competence and the use of simple language (Kalamun Muyassar), while the biggest inhibiting factor is the weak synchronization of school rules with habits at home due to the lack of reinforcement support from parents, which triggers dualism of moral standards in students. This study concludes that the Kultum Mauizatul Hasanah program is effective in shifting the locus of control of student behavior to intrinsic spiritual awareness, but long-term success in forming authentic Islamic character still depends heavily on active collaboration between the school and parents at home.

جهان آموزش و پرورش در حال حاضر با چالشی جدی به نام افول اخلاقی یا کاهش شخصیت نوجوانان روبه‌رو است. آموزش شخصیت مبتنی بر ارزش‌های اسلامی در مواجهه با افول اخلاقی نوجوانان در عصر دیجیتال اهمیت بسزایی دارد. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل عمیق فرآیند برنامه‌ریزی، نحوه اجرای فنی و همچنین عوامل حمایت‌کننده و بازدارنده اجرای برنامه راهنمایی دینی «کلتوم موعظت‌الحسنه» در شکل‌گیری شخصیت اسلامی دانش‌آموزان مدرسه متوسطه IT Rabbi Radhiyya به منظور رفع فاصله میان درک شناختی و رفتار واقعی دانش‌آموزان (همچون پدیده ناهماهنگی دیجیتال و تبعیت صوری) است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی توصیفی انجام شده و داده‌ها از طریق مشاهده مشارکتی منفعل، مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته و اسناد گردآوری و با استفاده از مدل تعاملی تحلیل شده‌اند. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که پیاده‌سازی ارزش‌های اسلامی از طریق ادغام ارکان ایمان (نهادینه‌سازی مراقبه)، عبادت (خودتنظیمی) و اخلاق تحقق می‌یابد. راهبرد ارائه بر رویکرد «قلب به قلب» (قلبٌ إلی القلب) با سخن آرامش‌بخش (کلامٌ لین)، الگوهای واقعی (اسوه حسنه) مربیان، همچنین روش‌های گفت‌وگومحور و پایش همسالان برای کاهش خستگی دانش‌آموزان تأکید دارد. مهم‌ترین عوامل حمایت‌کننده، شایستگی علمی مربیان و استفاده از زبان ساده (کلامٌ میسر) است و بزرگ‌ترین عامل بازدارنده، ضعف هماهنگی قوانین مدرسه با عادات خانه به دلیل نبود حمایت تقویتی والدین است که منجر به دوگانگی معیارهای اخلاقی در دانش‌آموزان می‌شود. این پژوهش نتیجه می‌گیرد که برنامه کلتوم موعظت‌الحسنه در انتقال مرکز کنترل رفتار دانش‌آموزان به آگاهی معنوی درونی مؤثر است، اما موفقیت بلندمدت در شکل‌گیری شخصیت اسلامی اصیل همچنان به همکاری فعال مدرسه و والدین در خانه وابسته است.
