Student Experiences of International Internships: A Report from the GeoIntern International Project 2023–2026

چکیده
The project GeointernInternational was carried out in the period 2023 - 2026 with the aim of developing and testing a reciprocal model for internationalinternships. Its purpose was to give geoscience students experience of academic and professional work in other countries and cultures, while strengthening collaboration between Norwegian geoscience departments and international partner institutions. This report presents the evaluation of the project, focusing on the participants´ experience with international internship.
پروژه GeoInternInternational در بازه زمانی ۲۰۲۳ تا ۲۰۲۶ با هدف توسعه و آزمون یک مدل متقابل برای کارآموزی‌های بین‌المللی اجرا شد. هدف این پروژه، فراهم‌کردن فرصت تجربه کار علمی و حرفه‌ای در کشورهای دیگر و فرهنگ‌های متفاوت برای دانشجویان علوم زمین، و همچنین تقویت همکاری میان گروه‌های علوم زمین نروژ و مؤسسات بین‌المللی همکار بود. این گزارش به ارزیابی پروژه می‌پردازد و تمرکز آن بر تجربیات شرکت‌کنندگان از کارآموزی بین‌المللی است.
