Residents' mental health problems have become increasingly prevalent in recent years, accompanied by younger onset ages and rising incidence.Psychological distress among the elderly, emotional disorders in adolescents and mental stress in patients with chronic diseases 1 have gradually become prominent public health issues across communities.Against this backdrop, public demand for accessible and convenient mental health services has grown rapidly.As the first point of contact for community residents, primary healthcare institutions play a core role in early screening, preliminary intervention, health education and two-way referral of mental disorders.2 Frontline medical workers are the main executors of these services, and their willingness to participate directly determines the implementation quality and sustainability of grassroots mental health care.This cross-sectional study was conducted among medical staff from 49 community health service centers in Chaoyang District, Beijing.Participants included general practitioners, public health physicians, community nurses and other on-

مشکلات سلامت روان ساکنان در سال‌های اخیر به طور فزاینده‌ای شایع شده است و این روند با کاهش سن شروع و افزایش بروز همراه بوده است. پریشانی روان‌شناختی در سالمندان، اختلالات هیجانی در نوجوانان و استرس روانی در بیماران مبتلا به بیماری‌های مزمن به تدریج به مسائل برجسته سلامت عمومی در جوامع تبدیل شده‌اند. در چنین شرایطی، تقاضای عمومی برای دسترسی آسان و خدمات سلامت روان مناسب به سرعت افزایش یافته است. به عنوان اولین نقطه تماس ساکنان جامعه، مؤسسات مراقبت‌های اولیه نقش محوری در غربالگری اولیه، مداخله مقدماتی، آموزش سلامت و ارجاع دوطرفه اختلالات روانی ایفا می‌کنند. کارکنان خط مقدم پزشکی مجریان اصلی این خدمات هستند و تمایل آن‌ها به مشارکت، کیفیت اجرا و پایداری مراقبت سلامت روان در سطح پایه را به طور مستقیم تعیین می‌کند. این مطالعه مقطعی در میان کارکنان پزشکی ۴۹ مرکز خدمات سلامت جامعه در منطقه چائویانگ پکن انجام شد. شرکت‌کنندگان شامل پزشکان عمومی، پزشکان بهداشت عمومی، پرستاران جامعه و سایر افراد بودند.
