Rahmad Gurusinga Jurnal Kesmas dan Gizi (JKG), 2026, Vol. 9, Issue 1, pp. 34-40 https://doi.org/10.35451/jkg.v9i1.4079

چکیده

Background: Patients with pulmonary tuberculosis (TB) undergoing treatment may experience poor sleep quality and fatigue, potentially affecting daily activities and quality of life. Objective: This study aimed to examine the relationship between sleep quality and fatigue levels among patients with pulmonary TB undergoing treatment. Methods: This observational analytic study employed a cross-sectional design. The study was conducted in April 2026 at Primary Health Center X, Deli Serdang Regency, Indonesia, involving 21 participants selected through total sampling. Sleep quality was assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI), while fatigue was measured using the Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS). Spearman's correlation test was planned with a significance level of α = 0.05. Results: According to the data presented in the manuscript, 14 participants (66.7%) had poor sleep quality, while 7 participants (33.3%) had good sleep quality. Moderate fatigue was the most frequent category, reported in 8 participants (38.1%), followed by severe fatigue in 7 participants (33.3%) and mild fatigue in 6 participants (28.6%). Cross-tabulation indicated that all participants classified as having severe fatigue belonged to the poor sleep quality group. Conclusion: The descriptive findings suggest a tendency toward greater fatigue among patients with poor sleep quality. However, the statistical significance of this relationship remains unconfirmed pending verification of the analysis using individual participant data

The development of digital-based work systems has increased job demands and technology use, which may lead to burnout among workers, particularly in the telecommunications sector. This study aimed to determine the relationship between job demands and technostress with burnout levels among employees of PT Telkom Infrastruktur Indonesia in Medan. Data were collected using the Job Demands-Resources Questionnaire (JD-RQ), Technostress Creators Scale, and Oldenburg Burnout Inventory (OLBI). Data analysis was conducted using the Spearman Rank Correlation test with a significance level of 0.05. The results showed a significant and strong positive relationship between job demands and burnout, with a p-value = 0.001 and a correlation coefficient of r = 0.750. In addition, a significant and strong positive relationship was also found between technostress and burnout, with a p-value = 0.001 and a correlation coefficient of r = 0.687. High job demands and technostress were associated with increased burnout. The company is advised to strengthen burnout prevention efforts by optimizing workload evaluations that take actual working conditions into account, providing regular training on the use of digital systems, and enhancing employee recovery initiatives through the optimal utilization of annual leave and better management of work-related communication outside working hours.

Analysis of the Relationship Between Digital Literacy Level and Cyberbullying Behavior among Students at Private High School X Tanjung Morawa in 2025

Jul Asdar Putra Samura Jurnal Kesmas dan Gizi (JKG), 2026, Vol. 9, Issue 1, pp. 412-419 https://doi.org/10.35451/jkg.v9i1.3911

چکیده

The advancement of digital technology has led to increased use of the internet and social media, particularly among adolescents. However, this development has also contributed to various challenges, one of which is cyberbullying. A low level of digital literacy knowledge may influence how students communicate and behave in digital environments. This study aimed to analyze the relationship between the level of digital literacy knowledge and cyberbullying behavior among high school students. This study employed a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design. A total of 99 students were selected as research participants using a total sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire, while the relationship between the variables was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. The results showed that the majority of respondents had a high level of digital literacy knowledge (59.6%), while the majority demonstrated a low level of cyberbullying behavior (57.6%). Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between the level of digital literacy knowledge and cyberbullying behavior (p-value = 0.001). Thus, the better the students' level of digital literacy knowledge, the lower their tendency to engage in cyberbullying behavior. Therefore, strengthening education and understanding of digital literacy should be enhanced as a preventive strategy to reduce the occurrence of cyberbullying in school environments.
