Psychological Review

Psychological Review یک نشریه علمی دوفصلنامه با داوری همتا است که به نظریه‌های روان‌شناسی می‌پردازد. این نشریه در سال ۱۸۹۴ توسط James Mark Baldwin و James McKeen Cattell تأسیس شد تا بستری برای انتشار آثار روان‌شناسانی باشد که با آزمایشگاه G. Stanley Hall ارتباطی نداشتند؛ چرا که این افراد اغلب آثار خود را در نشریه American Journal of Psychology متعلق به Hall منتشر می‌کردند. Psychological Review به‌زودی به برجسته‌ترین و تأثیرگذارترین نشریه روان‌شناسی در آمریکای شمالی تبدیل شد و مقالات مهمی از William James، John Dewey، James Rowland Angell و بسیاری دیگر را منتشر کرد.

Psychological Review is a bimonthly peer-reviewed academic journal that covers psychological theory. It was established by James Mark Baldwin and James McKeen Cattell in 1894 as a publication vehicle for psychologists not connected with the laboratory of G. Stanley Hall, who often published in his American Journal of Psychology. Psychological Review soon became the most prominent and influential psychology journal in North America, publishing important articles by William James, John Dewey, James Rowland Angell, and many others.
