This study aims to critically analyze Islamic educational leadership models in response to the challenges of the digital era and globalization. Employing a library research approach, this article examines 22 relevant sources to identify the leadership principles, strategies, and transformations required in the era of Industrial Revolutions 4.0 and 5.0. The findings indicate that effective Islamic educational leadership must be transformative, adaptive, and spiritually grounded, while also capable of wisely integrating Islamic values ​​with digital technology. Furthermore, communicative, democratic, and collaborative leadership styles are deemed more relevant for fostering an educational ecosystem that is responsive to change. Curriculum reform, the enhancement of educators' digital literacy, and collaboration among institutions, communities, and the industry constitute vital components of contemporary leadership strategies. The study concludes that Islamic educational leadership models must adopt an integrative approach that not only addresses the challenges of the times but also reinforces Islamic identity as a moral and spiritual foundation. This article contributes to formulating a strategic and contextual leadership framework to guide policymaking within Islamic educational institutions.

این مطالعه با هدف تحلیل انتقادی مدل‌های رهبری آموزشی اسلامی در پاسخ به چالش‌های عصر دیجیتال و جهانی‌شدن انجام شده است. با بهره‌گیری از رویکرد پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای، این مقاله ۲۲ منبع مرتبط را مورد بررسی قرار می‌دهد تا اصول، راهبردها و تحولات مورد نیاز رهبری در دوران انقلاب‌های صنعتی ۴.۰ و ۵.۰ را شناسایی کند. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهد که رهبری آموزشی اسلامی اثربخش باید تحول‌آفرین، سازگارپذیر و مبتنی بر معنویت باشد و همچنین توانایی ادغام هوشمندانه ارزش‌های اسلامی با فناوری دیجیتال را داشته باشد. افزون بر این، سبک‌های رهبری ارتباطی، دموکراتیک و مشارکتی برای ایجاد اکوسیستم آموزشی پاسخگو به تغییر، مرتبط‌تر تلقی می‌شوند. اصلاح برنامهٔ درسی، ارتقای سواد دیجیتال معلمان و همکاری میان نهادها، جوامع و صنعت از اجزای حیاتی راهبردهای رهبری معاصر به‌شمار می‌روند. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش حاکی از آن است که مدل‌های رهبری آموزشی اسلامی باید رویکردی تلفیقی اتخاذ کنند که نه‌تنها به چالش‌های زمانه پاسخ دهد، بلکه هویت اسلامی را به‌عنوان بنیان اخلاقی و معنوی تقویت نماید. این مقاله به تدوین چارچوبی راهبردی و زمینه‌مند برای هدایت سیاست‌گذاری در نهادهای آموزشی اسلامی کمک می‌کند.

This study examines contingency leadership theory and contemporary leadership in educational organizations. Contingency leadership theory emphasizes that leadership effectiveness depends on the leader's ability to adapt their leadership style to the situation, organizational conditions, and the characteristics of their subordinates. Meanwhile, contemporary leadership emphasizes innovation, collaboration, effective communication, and the ability to adapt to changing times and technology. In education, the application of these two theories can improve organizational effectiveness, teacher performance quality, and create a more innovative and conducive learning environment. However, their implementation still faces various challenges, such as limited leadership competency, resistance to change, and a lack of supporting resources. Therefore, educational leaders are required to possess adaptive, innovative, and professional skills to be able to face various dynamics and improve the quality of education sustainably.

این مطالعه به بررسی نظریه رهبری اقتضایی و رهبری معاصر در سازمان‌های آموزشی می‌پردازد. نظریه رهبری اقتضایی تأکید می‌کند که اثربخشی رهبری به توانایی رهبر در تطبیق سبک رهبری خود با موقعیت، شرایط سازمانی و ویژگی‌های زیردستان بستگی دارد. در مقابل، رهبری معاصر بر نوآوری، همکاری، ارتباط مؤثر و توانایی سازگاری با تغییرات زمان و فناوری تأکید دارد. در حوزه آموزش، به‌کارگیری این دو نظریه می‌تواند اثربخشی سازمانی، کیفیت عملکرد معلمان و ایجاد محیط یادگیری نوآورانه و مساعد را بهبود بخشد. با این حال، اجرای آن‌ها همچنان با چالش‌های مختلفی مانند محدودیت شایستگی رهبری، مقاومت در برابر تغییر و کمبود منابع حمایتی مواجه است. بنابراین، از رهبران آموزشی انتظار می‌رود که مهارت‌های سازگارپذیر، نوآورانه و حرفه‌ای را دارا باشند تا بتوانند با پویایی‌های مختلف روبه‌رو شده و کیفیت آموزش را به‌صورت پایدار ارتقا دهند.
