Zarqa Governorate

This study examined the extent to which public school principals in Zarqa Governorate practice faith-based leadership and explored its relationship with the effectiveness of educational decision-making from teachers’ perspectives. The study adopted a descriptive correlational design. Data were collected using a questionnaire developed to measure two main constructs: faith-based leadership practices and the effectiveness of educational decision-making. The sample consisted of 628 male and female teachers from public schools in the First Zarqa Education Directorate, selected using simple random sampling. The findings showed that teachers perceived principals’ practice of faith-based leadership to be moderate. The results also indicated that the effectiveness of educational decision-making in public schools was perceived to be moderate. In addition, a positive correlation was found between principals’ faith-based leadership practices and the effectiveness of educational decision-making. These findings suggest that leadership practices grounded in ethical values, trust, responsibility, and shared purpose may contribute to improving decision-making processes in schools. The study recommends strengthening value-based leadership practices among school principals, particularly those related to consultation, fairness, accountability, participation, and moral responsibility in educational decision-making.

این پژوهش به بررسی میزان به‌کارگیری رهبری مبتنی بر ایمان توسط مدیران مدارس دولتی در استان زرقاء و نیز رابطه آن با اثربخشی تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی از دیدگاه معلمان پرداخت. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی-همبستگی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌ای که برای سنجش دو سازه اصلی، یعنی شیوه‌های رهبری مبتنی بر ایمان و اثربخشی تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی، تدوین شده بود، گردآوری شد. نمونه پژوهش شامل ۶۲۸ معلم زن و مرد از مدارس دولتی اداره آموزش و پرورش منطقه اول زرقاء بود که به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد که معلمان، میزان به‌کارگیری رهبری مبتنی بر ایمان توسط مدیران را در حد متوسط ارزیابی کردند. همچنین نتایج نشان داد اثربخشی تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی در مدارس دولتی نیز در سطح متوسط ادراک شده است. افزون بر این، بین شیوه‌های رهبری مبتنی بر ایمان مدیران و اثربخشی تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی، همبستگی مثبت وجود داشت. این یافته‌ها حاکی از آن است که شیوه‌های رهبری مبتنی بر ارزش‌های اخلاقی، اعتماد، مسئولیت‌پذیری و هدف مشترک می‌تواند به بهبود فرآیندهای تصمیم‌گیری در مدارس کمک کند. پژوهش توصیه می‌کند که شیوه‌های رهبری مبتنی بر ارزش‌ها، به‌ویژه موارد مرتبط با مشورت، انصاف، پاسخگویی، مشارکت و مسئولیت اخلاقی در تصمیم‌گیری آموزشی، در میان مدیران مدارس تقویت شود.
