Individuals who suffer from severe mental disorders and have committed crimes are cared for in forensic psychiatric care, which at times, can entail high-risk and critical situations. One clinic in Sweden has established a specialized task group that is deployed during high-risk events. The aim of the study was to describe the experiences of a specialized task group intervening in high-risk situations within forensic psychiatric care. Two focus group interviews were conducted with a total of eleven members of this task group. The data were analyzed using a content analysis. The analysis resulted in three main categories: Reflective and Professional Care, A Thoughtful and Prepared Intervention, and Working Under Doubt and Uncertainty. The most prominent findings highlight how care relationships are perceived to be affected by interventions in high-risk situations, how participation in the task group influences the professional role, and the challenges that emerge in collaboration with other healthcare staff.

افرادی که از اختلالات شدید روانی رنج می‌برند و مرتکب جرم شده‌اند، در مراقبت روان‌پزشکی قانونی تحت درمان قرار می‌گیرند که گاهی اوقات می‌تواند شامل موقعیت‌های پرخطر و بحرانی باشد. یک درمانگاه در سوئد یک گروه تخصصی وظیفه‌ای تشکیل داده است که در رویدادهای پرخطر به کار گرفته می‌شود. هدف این پژوهش توصیف تجربیات یک گروه تخصصی مداخله‌گر در موقعیت‌های پرخطر در مراقبت روان‌پزشکی قانونی بود. دو مصاحبه گروهی متمرکز با مجموع یازده عضو این گروه انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از تحلیل محتوا مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تحلیل داده‌ها به سه مقوله اصلی منجر شد: مراقبت تأملی و حرفه‌ای، مداخله سنجیده و آماده، و کار در شرایط تردید و عدم قطعیت. برجسته‌ترین یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که چگونه روابط مراقبتی تحت تأثیر مداخلات در موقعیت‌های پرخطر قرار می‌گیرند، چگونه مشارکت در گروه تخصصی بر نقش حرفه‌ای تأثیر می‌گذارد و چالش‌هایی که در همکاری با سایر کارکنان مراقبت سلامت پدید می‌آید.
