Surah Luqman

This study discusses the character development of students at MTs Negeri 2 Medan through the Living Qur'an approach by making QS. Luqman verses 12–19 as the basis for character education values. This study is motivated by the importance of strengthening students' characters amidst technological developments, social changes, and various moral challenges faced by adolescents. QS. Luqman verses 12–19 contain comprehensive educational principles, ranging from gratitude, monotheism, respect for parents, awareness of Allah's supervision, implementation of worship, amar ma'ruf nahi munkar , patience, humility, to communication ethics. This study uses a qualitative approach with the Living Qur'an method . Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation of religious practices and character development of students at MTs Negeri 2 Medan. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that the values of QS. Luqman verses 12–19 can be contextualized in the formation of student character through the habit of worship, teacher role models, respect for parents and educators, fostering discipline, social awareness, patience, humility, and the habit of speaking politely. Thus, Living Qur'an not only positions the Qur'an as a text to be read and understood, but as a source of values that are brought to life in students' daily behavior.

این پژوهش به بررسی توسعه شخصیت دانش‌آموزان مدرسه MTs Negeri 2 مدان از طریق رویکرد قرآن زیسته با محوریت آیات ۱۲ تا ۱۹ سوره لقمان به عنوان مبنای ارزش‌های تربیت شخصیتی می‌پردازد. انگیزه این پژوهش، اهمیت تقویت شخصیت دانش‌آموزان در میان تحولات فناوری، تغییرات اجتماعی و چالش‌های اخلاقی متعدد پیش‌روی نوجوانان است. آیات ۱۲ تا ۱۹ سوره لقمان اصول تربیتی جامعی را دربرمی‌گیرد؛ از شکرگزاری، توحید، احترام به والدین، آگاهی از نظارت الهی، اجرای عبادت، امر به معروف و نهی از منکر، صبر، فروتنی تا اخلاق ارتباطی. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و روش قرآن زیسته انجام شده است. داده‌ها از طریق مشاهده، مصاحبه و مستندسازی فعالیت‌های دینی و توسعه شخصیت دانش‌آموزان مدرسه MTs Negeri 2 مدان گردآوری شد. تحلیل داده‌ها در مراحل کاهش داده، ارائه داده و نتیجه‌گیری صورت گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که ارزش‌های آیات ۱۲ تا ۱۹ سوره لقمان را می‌توان در شکل‌گیری شخصیت دانش‌آموزان از طریق عادت به عبادت، الگوگیری از معلمان، احترام به والدین و مربیان، تقویت انضباط، آگاهی اجتماعی، صبر، فروتنی و عادت به سخن گفتن مؤدبانه، بومی‌سازی کرد. بنابراین، قرآن زیسته نه تنها قرآن را به عنوان متنی برای قرائت و فهم قرار می‌دهد، بلکه آن را به عنوان منبعی از ارزش‌ها که در رفتار روزمره دانش‌آموزان جاری می‌شود، معرفی می‌کند.

The erosion of work-related character among Vocational High School (SMK) students—marked by weak discipline, honesty, and work ethic—calls for a character education model that specifically synchronizes religious values with industrial work-culture standards. The aim of this study identifies the integration of the Qur'anic values of Surah Luqman verses 12, 13, 17, 18, and 19 into industrial work culture as a model of character education within the Automotive Engineering Program of SMKs in Bogor Regency. The methods of this study is a qualitative approach with a comparative case study design was employed at SMKN 1 Cibinong and SMKN 1 Ciomas. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and a preliminary questionnaire, then analyzed descriptively-interpretively with triangulation. Results: The findings of the study confirm that the values of gratitude, tauhid, patience, humility, and courteous communication in Surah Luqman are systematically integrated into the curriculum and workshop culture. This integration manifests in industrial work-culture practices such as SOP compliance, the 5R culture, occupational health and safety (K3), and service excellence. This integrative model effectively enhances students' work readiness and religious character, although behavioral consistency and the character-assessment system still require strengthening. The conclusions of the study state that the integration of the Qur'anic values of Surah Luqman into industrial work culture proves to be a relevant character education model for producing SMK graduates who are technically competent and morally upright

فرسایش منش مرتبط با کار در میان دانش‌آموزان هنرستان‌های فنی (SMK) که با ضعف در انضباط، صداقت و اخلاق کاری مشخص می‌شود، نیازمند الگویی از آموزش منش است که به طور خاص ارزش‌های دینی را با استانداردهای فرهنگ کاری صنعتی هم‌ساز کند. هدف این پژوهش شناسایی ادغام ارزش‌های قرآنی سوره لقمان (آیات ۱۲، ۱۳، ۱۷، ۱۸ و ۱۹) در فرهنگ کاری صنعتی به عنوان الگویی برای آموزش منش در رشته مهندسی خودرو هنرستان‌های فنی شهرستان بوگور است. روش این پژوهش رویکرد کیفی با طرح مطالعه موردی مقایسه‌ای است که در SMKN 1 Cibinong و SMKN 1 Ciomas اجرا شد. داده‌ها از طریق مشاهده، مصاحبه‌های عمیق، اسناد و پرسشنامه مقدماتی گردآوری و سپس به صورت توصیفی-تفسیری با استفاده از مثلث‌سازی تحلیل شدند. یافته‌ها: نتایج پژوهش تأیید می‌کند که ارزش‌های شکرگزاری، توحید، صبر، فروتنی و ارتباط مؤدبانه در سوره لقمان به طور نظام‌مند در برنامه درسی و فرهنگ کارگاه ادغام شده‌اند. این ادغام در شیوه‌های فرهنگ کاری صنعتی مانند رعایت دستورالعمل‌های استاندارد (SOP)، فرهنگ ۵S، ایمنی و بهداشت حرفه‌ای (K3) و تعالی در ارائه خدمات تجلی می‌یابد. این مدل تلفیقی به طور مؤثری آمادگی شغلی و منش دینی دانش‌آموزان را ارتقا می‌بخشد، اگرچه ثبات رفتاری و نظام ارزیابی منش همچنان نیازمند تقویت است. نتیجه‌گیری پژوهش بیان می‌کند که ادغام ارزش‌های قرآنی سوره لقمان در فرهنگ کاری صنعتی، الگویی مناسب برای آموزش منش جهت تربیت فارغ‌التحصیلان هنرستان‌های فنی با شایستگی فنی و سلامت اخلاقی است.

This research is motivated by the rampant character crisis and erosion of manners in the younger generation due to the rapid digital disruption in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0. This research aims to analyze the values of Islamic education in Surah Luqman and reformulate its relevance as a conceptual and practical framework in the digital era. This type of research is qualitative library research with maudhu'i (thematic) tafsir methods and content analysis techniques based on contextual hermeneutics. The results of the study show that Surah Luqman offers a systematic pedagogical hierarchy: the cultivation of faith/monotheism is related to value formation, the discipline of prayer is related to self-regulation, and the formation of morals provides ethical guidance in cyberspace. Its methodological excellence lies in a dialogical, persuasive (ya bunayya), and exemplary parenting approach (uswah hasanah), which offers an alternative perspective to authoritarian and permissive parenting patterns. This research connects the normative text of the Qur'an and the sociological reality of the cyber age. In conclusion, the educational values of Surah Luqman are relevant to Islamic education in the digital era, particularly in supporting technological skills (khalifah fil 'ardh) as well as moral-spiritual depth ('abdullah). The implications of this study recommend the practical integration of Surah Luqman values into the Islamic education curriculum and family digital literacy strategies.

این پژوهش با انگیزه بحران گسترده شخصیت و فرسایش آداب و رسوم در نسل جوان به دلیل اختلالات سریع دیجیتال در عصر انقلاب صنعتی ۴.۰ انجام شده‌است. هدف این پژوهش تحلیل ارزش‌های تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی در سوره لقمان و بازفرمول‌بندی ارتباط آن به‌عنوان چارچوب مفهومی و عملی در عصر دیجیتال است. نوع پژوهش حاضر، کیفی و از نوع کتابخانه‌ای با روش تفسیر موضوعی (مأدوعی) و تکنیک تحلیل محتوا مبتنی بر هرمنوتیک زمینه‌ای می‌باشد. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سوره لقمان یک سلسله‌مراتب تربیتی نظام‌مند ارائه می‌دهد: پرورش ایمان/توحید با شکل‌گیری ارزش‌ها مرتبط است، انضباط در نماز با خودتنظیمی ارتباط دارد و شکل‌گیری اخلاق، راهنمایی اخلاقی در فضای مجازی فراهم می‌کند. برتری روش‌شناختی آن در رویکرد تربیتی گفت‌وگومحور، اقناعی (یا بُنَیَّ) و الگویی (اُسوَه حسنه) نهفته است که دیدگاهی جایگزین برای الگوهای تربیتی استبدادی و سهل‌گیرانه ارائه می‌دهد. این پژوهش متن هنجاری قرآن و واقعیت جامعه‌شناختی عصر سایبری را به هم پیوند می‌دهد. در نتیجه، ارزش‌های تربیتی سوره لقمان برای تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی در عصر دیجیتال به‌ویژه در حمایت از مهارت‌های فناورانه (خلیفه فی‌الارض) و عمق اخلاقی-معنوی (عبدالله) مرتبط است. پیامدهای این مطالعه، ادغام عملی ارزش‌های سوره لقمان در برنامه درسی تعلیم و تربیت اسلامی و راهبردهای سواد دیجیتال خانواده را توصیه می‌کند.
