The current research aims to identify (The Effectiveness of Two Active Learning Strategies on the Achievement of Second Intermediate Grade Students in the Holy Quran and Islamic Education Subject and the Development of Their Citizenship Values.). The researcher adopted the quasi-experimental method, and used two scales to measure the variables of his research. The first scale was the achievement scale in mathematics and consisted of (40) paragraphs of the type of multiple choice, and verified its reliability, stability and discrimination, as well as conducting statistical analysis of its paragraphs, and the researcher prepared a citizenship values scale, and the scale in its final form consisted of (38) paragraphs and verified its reliability, stability and discrimination, and the results showed that the experimental group outperformed the control group in the mathematics achievement scale and the citizenship values scale. The researcher suggested conducting studies on the effectiveness of two active learning strategies in acquiring numerical concepts among first intermediate students and developing their logical thinking. The researcher also recommended emphasizing the necessity of teaching the use of active learning strategies in general at the intermediate stage. پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی «اثربخشی دو راهبرد یادگیری فعال بر پیشرفت تحصیلی دانش‌آموزان پایه دوم متوسطه در درس قرآن کریم و آموزش اسلامی و توسعه ارزش‌های شهروندی آنان» انجام شده است. پژوهشگر از روش شبه‌آزمایشی استفاده کرده و برای سنجش متغیرهای پژوهش خود از دو مقیاس بهره برده است. مقیاس اول، مقیاس پیشرفت تحصیلی در ریاضیات بود که شامل ۴۰ پرسش چهارگزینه‌ای بوده و پایایی، ثبات و قدرت تمایز آن مورد تأیید قرار گرفته و تحلیل آماری سؤالات آن نیز انجام شده است. همچنین پژوهشگر مقیاس ارزش‌های شهروندی را تهیه کرده که در نهایت شامل ۳۸ پرسش بوده و پایایی، ثبات و قدرت تمایز آن نیز مورد تأیید قرار گرفته است. نتایج نشان داد که گروه آزمایشی در مقیاس پیشرفت تحصیلی ریاضیات و مقیاس ارزش‌های شهروندی نسبت به گروه کنترل عملکرد بهتری داشته است. پژوهشگر پیشنهاد کرد مطالعاتی درباره اثربخشی دو راهبرد یادگیری فعال در کسب مفاهیم عددی در میان دانش‌آموزان پایه اول متوسطه و توسعه تفکر منطقی آنان انجام شود. همچنین پژوهشگر توصیه کرد بر ضرورت آموزش استفاده از راهبردهای یادگیری فعال به طور کلی در دوره متوسطه تأکید شود و پذیرش ارزش‌های ملی در آموزش ریاضیات در دوره متوسطه به دلیل اهمیت آن در تقویت و توسعه روحیه میهن‌دوستی در میان دانش‌آموزان مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
