This study aims to examine the role of managers in organizing student activities at the Darul Mustofa Islamic Boarding School, including the assignment of tasks, coordination, providing guidance, supervision, and decision-making when facing obstacles. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach using field research. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation conducted within the Darul Mustofa Islamic Boarding School. The results indicate that managers play a role in organizing and coordinating boarding school activities by assigning tasks to administrators according to their respective responsibilities, coordinating before activities take place, providing guidance on uncompleted tasks, and supervising and evaluating activities. In exercising their leadership, managers give administrators the opportunity to carry out their responsibilities but continue to monitor and provide guidance when problems arise. The study also identified several challenges in managing Islamic boarding schools, namely limited human resources, financial management issues, insufficient facilities and infrastructure, and varying levels of staff proficiency in utilizing technology. Therefore, the manager’s role is essential to maintain the orderliness of activities through coordination, the delegation of responsibilities, guidance, supervision, and problem-solving so that the boarding school’s activities can run smoothly.

این پژوهش با هدف بررسی نقش مدیران در سازماندهی فعالیت‌های دانش‌آموزان در مدرسه علمیه دارالمصطفی، از جمله واگذاری وظایف، هماهنگی، ارائه راهنمایی، نظارت و تصمیم‌گیری در مواجهه با موانع انجام شده است. این مطالعه با رویکرد کیفی توصیفی و با استفاده از پژوهش میدانی صورت گرفته است. داده‌ها از طریق مشاهده، مصاحبه و مستندسازی که در مدرسه علمیه دارالمصطفی انجام شده، گردآوری گردیده‌اند. نتایج نشان می‌دهد که مدیران در سازماندهی و هماهنگی فعالیت‌های مدرسه علمیه از طریق واگذاری وظایف به مسئولان بر اساس مسئولیت‌های مربوطه، هماهنگی پیش از برگزاری فعالیت‌ها، ارائه راهنمایی در خصوص وظایف انجام‌نشده و همچنین نظارت و ارزیابی فعالیت‌ها نقش دارند. در اعمال رهبری خود، مدیران به مسئولان فرصت انجام مسئولیت‌هایشان را می‌دهند اما همچنان به نظارت و ارائه راهنمایی در صورت بروز مشکلات ادامه می‌دهند. همچنین، پژوهش به چندین چالش در مدیریت مدارس علمیه اشاره می‌کند، از جمله محدودیت منابع انسانی، مشکلات مدیریت مالی، کمبود امکانات و زیرساخت‌ها و سطوح متفاوت مهارت کارکنان در استفاده از فناوری. بنابراین، نقش مدیر برای حفظ نظم فعالیت‌ها از طریق هماهنگی، تفویض مسئولیت، راهنمایی، نظارت و حل مسئله ضروری است تا فعالیت‌های مدرسه علمیه به‌طور روان انجام شود.

This study examines the implementation of academic supervision in efforts to improve the quality of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) instruction. Academic supervision serves not merely as a monitoring mechanism but as a form of guidance that helps teachers improve the quality of the teaching process. The main focus of this study includes the implementation of academic supervision in IRE, its contribution to improving the quality of instruction, as well as the determining factors and obstacles in its implementation. This research employs a qualitative approach using the library research method. Data were sourced from various relevant literature on academic supervision, PAI instruction, educator professionalism, and previous research findings. Data analysis was conducted by examining, categorizing, comparing, and integrating various findings in accordance with the study’s focus. The results of the study indicate that academic supervision is carried out systematically through the stages of planning, classroom observation, feedback, evaluation, and follow-up. This process helps teachers refine their lesson planning, selection of methods and media, classroom management, use of technology, and evaluation of learning outcomes. The implementation of supervision is supported by teachers’ openness, the active role of supervisors, program clarity, the availability of facilities, and collaboration among educators. این پژوهش به بررسی اجرای نظارت علمی در تلاش برای ارتقای کیفیت آموزش تعلیمات دینی اسلامی (IRE) می‌پردازد. نظارت علمی صرفاً به‌عنوان یک سازوکار پایش مطرح نیست، بلکه نوعی راهنمایی است که به معلمان در بهبود کیفیت فرایند تدریس کمک می‌کند. تمرکز اصلی این پژوهش شامل اجرای نظارت علمی در تعلیمات دینی اسلامی، نقش آن در ارتقای کیفیت آموزش، عوامل تعیین‌کننده و موانع موجود در اجرای آن است. این پژوهش با رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای انجام شده است. داده‌ها از منابع مختلف مرتبط با نظارت علمی، آموزش PAI، حرفه‌ای‌گری معلمان و یافته‌های پژوهش‌های پیشین گردآوری شده‌اند. تحلیل داده‌ها از طریق بررسی، دسته‌بندی، مقایسه و تلفیق یافته‌های مختلف مطابق با محور پژوهش صورت گرفته است. نتایج پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که نظارت علمی به‌صورت نظام‌مند و از طریق مراحل برنامه‌ریزی، مشاهده کلاس، بازخورد، ارزیابی و پیگیری اجرا می‌شود. این فرایند به معلمان در اصلاح برنامه‌ریزی درسی، انتخاب روش‌ها و رسانه‌ها، مدیریت کلاس، استفاده از فناوری و ارزیابی نتایج یادگیری کمک می‌کند. اجرای نظارت با شفافیت معلمان، نقش فعال ناظران، وضوح برنامه، وجود امکانات و همکاری میان معلمان حمایت می‌شود. در مقابل، برنامه فشرده مدرسه به‌عنوان مانع اصلی مطرح است.
