This study aims to analyze the effect of using the Busy Board on the fine motor development of 5–6-year-old children at the HKBP Tarutung Pembina Kindergarten. The study involved 70 children, all of whom were included as subjects through a saturation sampling technique and then divided equally into an experimental group and a control group, each consisting of 35 children. A quantitative approach was used with a quasi-experimental design of the Nonequivalent Control Group type. Data were collected using an observation sheet containing 8 indicators of Busy Board use and 16 indicators of fine motor skills. Before use, the instrument underwent pilot testing on 25 children, and all items were deemed valid because their calculated r values were above the table r value of 0.396. The level of ability change was calculated using the N-Gain Score, while the difference in achievement between the two groups was tested using an Independent Samples t-test. The analysis results showed an N-Gain value of 0.5991 in the experimental group and 0.3700 in the control group, both of which fell into the moderate improvement category. Hypothesis testing yielded a calculated t-value of 10.986, which is greater than the critical t-value of 1.995, with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. Thus, the use of the Busy Board medium demonstrated a positive and significant improvement in fine motor skills among 5–6-year-old children at the HKBP Tarutung Pembina Kindergarten.

هدف این پژوهش تحلیل تأثیر استفاده از رسانه Busy Board بر رشد حرکتی ظریف کودکان ۵ تا ۶ ساله در مهدکودک Pembina HKBP Tarutung است. در این مطالعه، ۷۰ کودک شرکت داشتند که همگی با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری اشباع به عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به طور مساوی به دو گروه آزمایشی و کنترل (هر کدام ۳۵ نفر) تقسیم شدند. رویکرد پژوهش کمی و با طرح شبه‌آزمایشی از نوع گروه کنترل نابرابر انجام شد. داده‌ها با استفاده از برگه مشاهده شامل ۸ شاخص استفاده از Busy Board و ۱۶ شاخص مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف جمع‌آوری گردید. پیش از استفاده، ابزار پژوهش روی ۲۵ کودک به صورت آزمایشی اجرا شد و تمامی گویه‌ها با توجه به مقدار r محاسبه‌شده بالاتر از مقدار r جدول (۰.۳۹۶) معتبر تشخیص داده شدند. میزان تغییر توانایی با استفاده از N-Gain Score محاسبه شد و تفاوت پیشرفت بین دو گروه با آزمون t مستقل سنجیده شد. نتایج تحلیل نشان داد مقدار N-Gain در گروه آزمایشی ۰.۵۹۹۱ و در گروه کنترل ۰.۳۷۰۰ بود که هر دو در دسته بهبود متوسط قرار گرفتند. آزمون فرضیه مقدار t محاسبه‌شده ۱۰.۹۸۶ را نشان داد که بزرگ‌تر از مقدار بحرانی t (۱.۹۹۵) است و سطح معناداری ۰.۰۰۰ < ۰.۰۵ به دست آمد. بنابراین، استفاده از رسانه Busy Board به طور مثبت و معناداری موجب بهبود مهارت‌های حرکتی ظریف کودکان ۵ تا ۶ ساله در مهدکودک Pembina HKBP Tarutung شد.
